We are pleased to bring you our exclusive design Mini Spring Packs for the:
Late 1999-2004 Ford Super Duty
These Mini Spring Packs will lift the front of your vehicle 3 inches to combat the factory “nose down” stance common to these vehicles as well as increase your weight carrying capacity by increasing the surface area the weight is applied to on the leaf springs. We developed these units for customer’s looking not only to level the pickup but who also need to beef up the front suspension to carry loads such as a snow plow or heavy winch bumper.
These units are designed to be completely bolt on and utilize all other factory suspension and steering components. Factory shocks can also be used due to the unique design of this product the lower shock mount is not moved.
(We also offer shackle type leveling kits which will level the truck without affecting the factory ride. Check our other listings or our website for these products)
(NOTE: if you have a 1999 model year Super Duty that was built BEFORE 03/99 the u bolts in this kit WILL NOT fit your truck. If you have any questions about this issue or would like more info on determining your build date feel free to contact us)
Product Description:
These are manufactured from ˝” thick steel plate stacked into a pyramid design to provide the maximum amount of strength and rigidity. These are by far the strongest mini packs on the market today.
Product Finish:
These are finished in a heavy black wrinkle powder coating which gives them elegance as well as extreme durability to the elements. We apply 10 mils of powder and bake at 400 degrees for no less than 20 minutes. The results are a finish that is capable of withstanding anything you can throw at it.
Hardware:
This kit comes complete with high quality u bolts which are both heat treated for strength and zinc plated for resistance to the elements. Also included are extended center pins to attach the spring pack to your existing front leafs.
Instructions:
All of our products come complete with detailed step by step installation instructions to ensure installation is a breeze. Average install time for this kit is 45-60 minutes.
