The Powder booth is 40' L x 14' W x 14' H
Our selection includes a diverse range of colors and finishes, from matte to glossy. Should you require a color that we do not have in stock, we are more than happy to place a special order to custom match your brand's color scheme.
Most items will need to be blasted prior to cleaning for the best results. We do also have a blast booth in the same dimensions.
The durability of powder coating is influenced by preparation quality, application methods, the variety of the coating, and environmental exposure. Typically, powder coated surfaces remain intact for 15 to 20 years, with high-quality coatings enduring upwards of 25 years. Under optimal conditions, it can even last 40 years. Yet, factors like frequent usage, UV light, and external conditions can accelerate degradation.
